SPALS DIGEST To receive the SPALS Digest The SPALS Digest accumulates the individual posts through SPALS into one message (typically one or two messages per day, and occasionally more if there is a high volume of traffic). The content of the SPALS Digest is the same as the regular list traffic, condensed into a single message. To register to receive the SPALS Digest, email a request to list administrator Michael Nettleton at <michael@spals.com>. Your request should be processed within a couple of days.
